DUDE YESSSSS I DOOOOOOO that was pretty funny i'll give myself that. I tink I'm pretty weird still but not in a way that future me will be cringing at. 2020-2022 were just bad years. I've changed soooo much in that time frame it's pretty wild. I did atleast get into a lasting groupchat I'm still fairly close with to this day. HELLOOO I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR ABOUT THAT. I've gone through several ups and downs as well, like getting pretty sick then healthy and back and forth with physical and mental health that it's all so muddy. Right now, I'm feeling happy (I mean... finals are over) and ready to start working on my site again. The amount of stuff and lore I carry from that website is ingrained in my brain and I lack people to talk about it to. If you want to reach out I'm sure my email is scattered around here somewhere. I think I've ran into a few people who *use* the site or have but none I've genuinely known and spoken with before my... untimely... departure. I'm doing considerably well compared to the rest of the year, and probably my best month yet. (Excluding the whole health fiasco) I'm glad you love my site! I remember thinking your style was reallyyy cool at the time and iirc you were super into Metalocalypse which has gotten bigger now. My dream diary is my favorite page and I'm happy it gets so much appreciation 👀

Hmm I'm not sure how to answer... I use CSS to style everything ofc, but I just nest divs inside divs to code everything HTML wise, using different properties to reach the aesthetic I want. I also keep track of my inspirations which helps a lot. So simply, I put div tags inside of other divs tags, give them classes, then style them using CSS. That just about covers it! And no problem, my guestbook (and email) are both great ways to reach out to me ♡ Cheers!

you have a hover effect on your updates section. i feel incredibly conflicted. so many things cross my mind just looking at it, it feels pointless to move my mouse over, and not over, and over again but still it's always the same. it's a comforting stability. the edges are curved. i like that part, that's nice. confronting it here, though, i feel scared. i hope you never remove the hover effect. i'm not sure what would become of me. i hope nothing bad happens to you and if it does i hope it serves a comedic purpose. this is someone elses cowboy kris but i thought it was relevant. have some cowboy kris.

Wow I loved reading this. I'm grateful that the simple choice I made brings you joy as much as it brings me, as I went back and forth with it. As for the rounded corners, I will always round the divs god gives me, and personally the harshness of a blunt edge bothers me in my aesthetic I won't be removing hover effects any time soon, nor will I ever stop adding them Anonymous User, so I hope that brings some solace. Web design is my passion etc etc, but truly the little things I do bring me the most joy and maybe I haven't been very explicit with it here but I truly am so happy you noticed it. Surely my life is not *amazing*, but the things that happen to me feel comedic but in a dry-cut way! Cowboy Kris. Thanks.
